calorie intake

I need help! how do you know what your calorie intake for a full day should be? I have no idea how to figure that out if anyone knows please help! if it helps I'm 203 and 5'6 thanks!

Plug your details into 3 different ones and average them.

Alternately, figure out how many you typically eat now, and if your weight is staying constant, then subtract 500 calories, and that's how much you should eat per day in order to lose a pound a week.

If you have not been dieting, somewhere around approx. 1750 cals per day may be a good place to start (all depending on how much you exercise - if you exercise a lot, you may need more.) Stick with that for a few weeks and if it's not getting you any results, adjust from there.

That is good sound advice - dont lower claories too quick as it just slow metabolism too much also.
