help regarding vitamin intake?

My issue - I get really bad migraines chronically. I'm not on medication yet (I'm 17 and they're hoping I'm growing out of them with puberty and don't want to put me on meds since 'prevention' has worked relatively well so far..not to mention the meds suck :[ ).

I track my food/vitamins/etc on When I'm super low on vitamins, I get migraines.

When I take a vitamin, I get really bad migraines.

When I drink vitamin water, I get really bad migraines.

The only time everything works well? When I'm somehow able to get a really balanced day of food and have enough carbs (I can't cut carbs...VERY BAD results for me lol) and vitamins.

Only issue is that it's so HARD to get all that in with my meals. I make sure to drink 2-3 cups milk a day, some fortified yogurt, veggies, etc. But I'm so busy all the time with HS, plays, sports, etc. Any ideas of what foods I should be going for that are chockfull of a lot of vitamins and at high amounts so that I'm getting more of my requirements?

Vitamin-dense carbohydrates = FRUIT
Very convenient and portable :)

Also track your caffeine. For some people it causes migraines, for others it cures them.
