Unfortunately no one can motivate you but you. Are you logging everyday? It may help to weigh and measure your food for a while and count calories. Do that for one day, then 7, then set exercise appointments with yourself. Baby steps.

When I started using this site, I had NO motivation and I was soooo depressed about my weight, I couldn't do anything but read the messages. It took a while but finally I got enough hope to start trying to lose again. You've made a start by talking with us. That is a step. If it takes you a while to figure out the system here, or to find people who want to use the same plan that you do, that's okay! You're started. Don't give up.

One meal at a time. One snack at a time. And don't beat yourself up when you go off your plan.
And really the key in my opinion is to find a way to make this something that you can live with. Start switching out one unhealthy food for a healthy one. The only way I have been able to stick with this is by changing the foods I loved and making them healthy instead. We are so lucky to have almost anything you want in low fat or fat free and sugar free. Or if you want to go more natural it is readily available. You just have to start and make it one decision at a time.
