suffering from a food allergy?

I'm curious if those of us who are allergic, sensitive or just react to foods can list what they know hurts them. I'd also be interested in knowing what you think triggered them if this is a relatively new thing.

Me: gluten (makes skin red and itchy), dairy (lesser extent but some reaction- soy sauce is a particular killer for me, bread of any kind knocks me out. I also feel hungover when I ingest gluten especially.

I was told I have a gluten allergy, but I really don't notice any symptoms...I'm attempting to go gluten free to see if I notice a difference.

milk products - they make lots of mucus and aggravate my asthma & sinus problems

anything with an artificial ingredient llike aspartame or nutrasweet, so-called "natural" flavorings & colorings", chemical preservatives like BHA & BHT, MSG, etc. - they cause bad headaches plus inflammation, swelling and pain in my joints

high fructose corn syrup - gives me a ravenous appetite and I eat stuff I don't even like until I'm so stuffed I think I'll barf

As long as I stay away from these things I do fine.
