bye bye breasts?

OK, so I want to lose between 10-20 more lbs. Only issue is I'm currently a 'full' size B (Sometimes I wear a C). Honestly, how much will I probably go down? Is there any possible solution? Excersises, foods, etc?

Sorry. I don't think there's anyway to predict or anything you can do about it. It's pretty much just genetics. Don't sweat it. I went from DD to a small C, full B and I'd much rather have a smaller breasted, hot and healthy body! Congrats on your non-breast losses so far ;-)

yeah, ditto with the above poster. Nothing that you can do really. Breast implants, but I don't know if you'd want to go with that option - really expensive. if you lose 10 pounds, shouldn't be too bad, but depends on your body composition and genetics. If you want to lose 20, you will most likely lose more weight in the breasts than if you were to lose 10 lbs.

OP

Well, I'm 150 lbs and want to be around 135 (5'8). So thats anywhere from 10-15 lbs. I came down from 165 in the beginning of the summer, and I did so doing mostly cardio (I run and swim on high school teams and on my own) and I lost about....a little less than about hailf a cup. I was a comfortable C, and now the Cs are getting too big.

I would definately not consider plastic surgery XD

Myfear is that because I have realitvely wide hips, I'm going to be curvy on the botton and not on the top?

Oh well, we'll see XD

But I do rememeber in some forum a woman saying hers increased because of workouts that increased muscle under her breasts?

I lost 50 lbs and now my breasts are definately smaller than they were before. At least one cup size. I have not baught any new bras since i just hook them on the smallest hook and hope they fit. Some that were too small then are pefect now, but most are now too big. It's annoying, but easier to get into medium size shirts. If i hard larger breasts i would need a large shirt which would then be too big on my torso.

you can do chest press and butterflies to increase the size of your pecs.

My fear is that they will be saggy once I loss the weight. I will go from a large D at 156 to much smaller at 120.

I definately have to buy larger shirts for my boobs- totally sucks!

I've lost almost 20 lbs. this past year and my breasts shrunk a lot. I was doing cardio 5x per week and weight training. Now that I've laid off the cardio a bit (I'm mostly a weight training/walking girl), My breasts have come back! But my weight is still going down!!! Yes! Also, not only have my breasts come back, my face is back to a youthful look, instead of being so thin (it was making me look older).
So, you may have some breast shrinkage (to match the rest of your body), but the cardio is what's doing it. Once you get to maintaining your weight, and drop a bit of the cardio, I bet your breasts will show up, again...at least a little.

OP once again..it's really possible to lose weight with just weight training and watching what you eat? I've never realy lost that way...

Of course it's possible to lose weight by watching what you eat and exercising. It doesn't have to be cardio - weight training burns calories too, as does muscle when it is just resting, so weight training, by building muscle, actually increases your metabolism.

I've reached my goal weight by just watching what I eat. I am relatively active, but not overly so, but that hasn't changed over my weight loss journey.

And I say Good Riddance. My breasts were way too big for my comfort anyway. And anytime a man expressed interest in me I know it was because of them, not me. I went from a 54DDD to a 46DD, and hopefully when I reach my goal I'll be wearing a 38C or smaller.

There are herbs you can take to maintain your bust size while dieting. But of course you should do your own research before deciding to take them. You may be able to find forums for "Natural Breast Enhancement" on Google.

fenugreek: increases estrogen and prolactin - estrogen will make you gain fat overall but prolactin directs fat storage to breasts. But fenugreek is also known to increase appetite, so dieters will probably want to use the alternative, fennel. The hormonal effects are not as strong as fenugreek but it won't increase appetite.

saw palmetto or nettle root: androgen supressors

vitex aka agnus castus aka monk's pepper aka chaste tree/berries: balances estrogen/progesterone levels. MAY INTERFERE WITH PROGESTERONIC BIRTH CONTROL PILLS SUCH AS ORTHO TRICYCLEN.

flax seed oil - for omega 3 fatty acids which are vital to breast tissue production

evening primrose oil - estrogenic

dong quai - estrogen/progesterone

There are other herbs such as goat's rue but the above have worked in increasing my breast size by about half a cup in one month. I'm currently maintaining my weight. Some women have claimed that the herbs helped them maintain their breast size while dieting.

You can also order a product called "Wonderup" which seems to have worked for a lot of women.

There are also "breast-friendly" foods, such as chicken feet soup and soy.

Whether you use herbs or food, you need to massage your breasts daily. Use your knuckles to knead them in an upwards-and-inwards motion.

In answer to your other question...when I lost 20-25 pounds, I went from a 34B/C to a 32AA. Currently I'm a 32A. I hope I'll be at least a 32B in a few months. 32C would be great.

those of you who want bigger boobs, I wish I could give you some of mine! I've lost 55 lbs and still wear an HH cup bra. I lost everywhere except the boobs. Now I look like a freak, or one of those medically enhanced strippers like chesty morgan. I don't have insurance to get the reduction surgery and can't afford it without insurance. What I wouldn't give to be a C cup!

My bra size is also the last place I lose weight. I wouldn't mind losing a little since they're sagging at this point!

well, i'm only 17, not sure if i'm really willing to play around with my hormones to gain an extra cup..sounds like the kind of meddling that could possibly lead to problems. ehh, i'll see what happens. i was hoping maybe there was an excesise, but i gues si'll lose the weight and see what happens...then i'll gain some weight back if anything lol

10:58 AM: Oops!! Shoot, I forgot to mention that those herbs should only be taken if you're 18+. Sorry about that. thanks for pointing it out.
