"how to look good naked"

Anyone seen this TV show yet? I love it!!

I love the way he invariably shows women they are smaller than they perceive themselves to be. And with how some slight changes, the women have so much more confidence without even losing any weight or inches.

Almost makes you think that for many people, their "weight" problem is a mental one, not a physical one...

I live in the UK, so I'm fortunate enough to be able to watch this show regularly. I think it's great that they encourage people to feel good about themselves, compared to shows like Extreme Makeover and The Swan that convey the idea that you have to be skinny and "conventionally beautiful", even if that means extensive surgery!
It's true that in today's society we're constantly barraged with images of unnaturally thin celebrities and models, and this sets unrealistic goals for what a woman should really look like. And most women do think they're bigger than they really are, because we are all our own worst critics.
It's refreshing to have a show that focusses on promoting healthy self-image, and the lessons in how to dress for your body shape are educational too.

Love the show except that some of the foundation undergarments the ladies are given to wear look extremely uncomfortable!
