Hair Conditioner

What is the best hair conditioner? My hair is a little frizzy and thick, I would love shinier hair!

I have natural curly long hair, so my hair is very frizzy and course.

I use the garniet nutrice (spelling wrong, i'm sure, don't chew me for it) sleek and shine hair shampoo, but because i don't want my hair weighed down, i use Dove moisturizing conditioner.

you may want to consider doing hot oil treatments to your hair as well or cholesterol treatments, very good for the hair.

Herbal Essenses- no more frizz

also, putting hot oil- coconut or olive- in for a few minutes and then throroughly washing it out, is awesome!!

is it humid where you live?

I use Nutri-metics conditioner for dry hair. To ensure no frizz, I use the got2be shine spray. To hold the curl without any sticky tacky feeling I use Physique curl creating gel- but its discontinued, so tricky to find.

I have very thick hair...not too frizzy, but sort of. These are my favorites:

- garnier fructise
- loreal vita vive

...both are inexpensive, and definitely work well. i use way less than i do for other conditioners bc they smooth my hair and get rid of frizz and knots. Both also have different kinds -- ie for color treated hair, curly hair, anti frizz...

Hair Conditioner

Terax Crema is a bit expensive, but WORTH it! It may be used as a daily conditioner, but also left in for deep-conditioning treatments.

There's a reason why it's continually ranked #1 by InStyle magazine, and has a cult-following: it works.

You could mix your own elixer - get almon oil, emu oil (i Know. Kinda gross - not necesary if you are vegetarian), coconut oil, jojoba oil, make a potion of it, and then put it in your hair at night a few nights a week. Good for your scalp.

Google these ingredients to get ideas.

I also take viviscal vitamins, and even though I'm 42, my hair is more luxuriant than ever. I get compliments on it.

Another Conditioner for thick frizzy hair is "All Soft" by Redken

smooths, detangles, nourishes and controls frizz for shiny, touchable hair.
