Best time in the day for a weigh in?

Just wondering what the general consensus was about what time of the day to weigh in is best?

Night? morning?

Any ideas?

I always weigh first thing in the morning because that's when my weight's the lowest and the least variable.

I think consistency is important

I weigh in second thing in the morning, mostly just to be consistent day to day. It has become a morning ritual....hahaha

Definitely the morning, before eating - preferably after losing a few ounces (ewwww, I know, but I need all the help I can get!)

As long as it is the same time of day every time you'll get consistant readings.

as people mentioned above, consistency is the most important. technically you may be slightly lighter in the morning before you eat but a person's weight naturally fluctuates a small amount in a single day. just pick a time and do that same time every day.

I weigh about 2 lbs. more at night vs. my weight in the morning, so I always weigh in the morning!
