new, fast, upbeat workout music?

I know we have had threads on this before, but new music keeps being made! I'm looking to add some NEW music to my workout .mpg library -- stuff that will help me get to 8-minute miles on my runs. Any suggestions?

I find that, as bad a reputation as it has, electronica is great to work out to! Look up some artists like Kruder & Dorfmeister or Stanton Warriors or Groove Armada and see what you think.

Cardio Mixes

I have a classic rock mix which I created, based on my favorite t.v. show, "Supernatural". I find that the tempo, bass, and energy really drives me when I'm running.

AC/DC, Sabbath, Kiss, Kansas, you name it ....

Check out Podrunner- I think it's on Itunes, and it's free.

DJ steveboy does seamless hour long mixes all at the same BPM- they are GREAT for running. For me, 148bpm = about 5.2 mph. Obviously, YMMV, but there's an incredible range, from 130- 180bpm and all points in-between.
