How many points in a starbucks cinnamon donut?

It's quite small as far as donuts go.

Not sure what a cinnamon donut is... According to the nutritional info at Starbucks.com, a cinnamon roll is 620 calories, with 29g fat, 80g carbs (3g fiber), and 9g protein. Someone with a ww calculator could figure it out, but I'd guess 12 points.

There's also a cinnamon chip scone for 510 calories, 23g fat, 71g carbs (2g fiber), and 6g protein. I'd guess that's 10 points.

Cinnamon walnut coffee cake = 360 cals, 18g fat, 46g carbs (1g fiber), 4g protein. 7 points?

Cinnamon Flavored Twist = 320 cals, 17g fat, 37g carbs (1g fiber), 5g protein. 6 points?

That's all the cinnamon-flavored stuff they have available on their website. If it's not one of those things that you had, then, it's not something that's offered nationally and it'd be hard to find out the info...

In any case, stay away from those cinnamon rolls! Ack!

Check out http://www.dwlz.com/Restaurants/starbucks.html for points for most Starbucks items. Didn't see any donuts, but maybe I'm looking for the wrong thing!
