Couldn't live without them.
Hate that I have to take them.
I take magnesium and pottassium both.
Without either my body will go into spasms. Not right away but after a couple of months.
My guess, it leaches so much out of your system.

I second that! My doc said that women who carry their weight in their thigh/hip areas are water retainers (that's me!) . I take two a day and wouldn't be without them!

I started taking them and noticed such am major drop in weight. I had been exercising and eating really well for 2 months with no difference in weight- so I took a few- and bam! 4 lbs.
I do hold my weight in my hips.

Are there any that are btter than others? Do they all have caffein? When do you take them? Any side-effects

10:54 here

I take a duiretic, but I believe there are some over the counter ones. Also, if you look online, there are fruits and veggies that are natural diuretics, you may be interested in adding more of those to your diet.

I know you can get some at healthfood stores.
I take 200 mg a day and side affects, ya you have to stay home. I get some cramping and exaustion at times. I have had really bad cramping from one. Also I think if you are going to take them on a regular basis you need to be in contact with your dr. He can take blood test to make sure you are getting enough potassium and/or magnesium.

Water pills have side effects as all pharmacuticals do. Apple cider vinegar tablets will do the same thing with little or no side effects. Besides nothing replaces a good diet and exercise for weight loss.

So after 3 days, of following the directions. I started to feel dizzy and confused- it was really scary. I read that those are some of the sideeffects if you dont have enough potasium.

Be careful!

Thats why I say check with your dr.
Just because it is over the counter doesn't mean it is safe.
