If you are interested our group is Christian and we are "Change Is Possible". I have lost 35# and by God's grace I want to lose 70# more. May Jesus Christ bless you in your goal to lose the excess weight and get healthy!

Would love to have more Christians log in and tell us how you are doing this Lent. Have you given up anything? I gave up bread and most days it has been okay but when they bring in donuts at work I have to run the other direction and eat my lunch out in my car instead of the lunch room!
