Biggest Loser Club Online?

Has anyone here tried the Biggest Loser Club Online? Would you recommend it? Is it worth the monthly fee?

I subscribed and wouldn't recommend it.

There is no "meal plan". There isn't a large selection of receipes (it's basically recipes that you can find in the book). It offers food logs and weight tracking that you can find elsewhere for free.

I still can't figure out how the contestants could lose 5-10 pounds a week. Are they exercising off 3500 calories net deficit per day?

They are probably eating around 1200-1400 cals a day and exercising at least 30 mins a day. I lost 8 lbs last week :)

I am SURE they are exercising way more than 30 minutes per day - that is how they lose so much. In the "real" world it isn't realistic to lose that much each week, 1-2 pounds is a good goal.

they tell you 1 - 2 lbs... but if you weigh like 300 lbs.. it is not unrealistic that they would lose that much weight.... Like I said I lost 8 lbs in a week with just counting calories, increasing my veggie and fruit intake and exercising 30 minutes a day. Yes 30 minutes...

I've heard them say on the show that they exercise about 4 hours per day, sometimes more.
