I would say there are a lot of factors.
Are you near your goal weight. It seems people lose slower the closer they get to their goal.
I lose twice that much in that amount of time but I am no where near my goal.
Also how careful are you going to be. How many calories and what types of food. What about exercise. There is a lot to consider.
Do all that you can but if you don't make the goal don't think badly of yourself. You can only do what your body will allow.

In general, it's safe to set a goal of losing between 1-2 lbs per week. Since 1kg is about 2.5 lbs, over the course of 5 weeks, it's safe to make a goal of losing 5-10 lbs, which is 2-4 kg. So if you lose 6, good for you, but if you don't, please don't beat yourself up over it! That is a LOT of weight to lose in such a small amount of time, and that pace of weightloss is likely not sustainable, at least not healthily!

I'd think it'd depend a lot on what your lifestyle was before you started. A radical change will bring on a higher weight loss.

If you haven't been trying to lose weight before now, it's possible if you have over 25kg to lose. When you have a lot to lose, you can conceivably drop 3-4kg in the first two weeks of a normal, non-fad diet. Otherwise: nuh-uh.
