You have to be your own advocate. What are you proud of? focus on your strenghts. weight can be lost but you have to believe in yourself.

Don't be so hard on your self! I have days where I feel the way you posted too. I'm sure you're not as fat or ugly as you think; you're probably not fat or ugly at all. If you need someone to talk to you can message me :)

The good news is that you can change all of those things.
The bad news is that you can't change all of those things overnight.

Ya know I feel like that all the time but then I have to look at my accomplishments. Look at myself objectively. It is so easy to see negative. And SO hard to see the possitive. But I am sure if you look at yourself you can find good points about you.
And so you are overweight. That is only looks. It is who you are that matters. And for those that don't see it that way then have nothing to do with them and certainly don't let them dictate how you see yourself.
Those who are kind and caring and supportive and always see the good in people, that is who you need to surround yourself with.
Keep at it you will have good days. Days when you hit a milestone. It is really worth it to get to those days.
Good luck.

I am too. Not a loser, but a lose-r! And a pretty good one at that. I have lost more than 50lbs! I lose weight because I work at it and try hard. If you are a big fat loser then you must turn your life around and become a lose-r.
