I'm 122 lbs and 5'1". My body is hot! But, I have a lot of muscle, and big boobs and round hips, but a small waist.

I highly doubt you're fat. You're certainly within a normal weight range and BMI. Based on your body type, though, you may have areas that could be more toned.

If you truly think that you are FAT (meaning that you don't just see, like, 5 extra pounds hanging around that you'd rather not have; you see a ton of extra weight that you don't like), you should probably see a nutritionist and have your body evaluated, and develop an eating/exercise plan. Because you're so short, 120 lbs may be too much for you to carry, but based on your body type, much less may be unhealthy as well. There's a lot of gray area, depending on muscle density, bone size, etc. So, before you try to do something dramatic, seek professional advice.

On the other hand, when I started PEERtrainer, at 5'1", I weighed 127 lbs. Now, 5lbs down, is a HUGE difference! Being so short, a little bit of loss goes a long way!

Body fat tester - the numbers don't lie

Even though you may look like a sexy, gorgeous knock out! Get your body fat tested. The numbers don't lie. Visceral fat is the most dangerous. Take care of your health first, regardless of how the jeans fit. You don't want to be "skinny-fat." I am in a healthy BMI range, but I have a high body fat. Everyone that looks at me says I'm not fat. But my numbers don't lie. I use bathroom scale with body fat reader and I've had professional testing done at gym. Definitely look into this for optimal health.
