Depends upon how much you want to cut back on your eating and how much exercise you do. At most you want to lose .91 kg a week, so that would take you about 11-12 weeks to reach your goal. What's your plan?

Thats a stupid question. No one can possibly answer that. It will all depend on you and how bad you want to lose it.

you can exercise without going to the gym. a jog, some sit-ups or squats. take the stairs instead of the elevators or bicycle instead of drive. there's plenty of ways to sneak in exercise.

I do not support your desire to lose 10kg. Do you have a freaking eating disorder??

For those who don't deal with metric, the OP is 5'4" and 132 lbs. She wants to lose 22 lbs. That puts her 6 lbs below the minimum healthy weight for her height. She's an idiot.

And you, 10:42, are a bit of a jerk.

It's "balanced and reasonable" to emaciate yourself like that?
I guess that makes two people with body dysmorphia on this thread. Either that or you enjoy looking more like a boy than a girl, in which case you should go make friends with the crossdressing freaks.

Play nice, people.

Hi OP. I'm about the same height as you and just 5 pounds heavier but I'm shooting for a goal weight of 125. And I have a smaller frame. It took me about 4 months to lose 15 pounds to get to where I am now. It will take quite a while for you to lose 10 kgs, especially when you're already in the healthy weight range.

A few tips to lose the weight faster:
- Don't eat sugar, refined carbs or drink lots of alcohol
- Exercise at least 5 times a week and do strength training at least 2x a week
- Drink lots of water
- Stay positive and expect set-backs. Make a plan for what to do if you find yourself slipping back or being unmotivated.

Good luck to you!
