OT Candidate you dont hear about

Main Stream Media is always looking to boost rating and getting their candidates air time. You will never hear about Ron Paul who is in my mind the best candidate out there.

What's in a name

I can't get over how the two candidates with the most bizarre names led the Iowa primaries.

"President Huckabee" sounds like a cartoon character.
"President Barack Hussein Obama" sound like someone Homeland Security has detained indefinitely.

As for Ron Paul...isn't that a singing drag queen? Oh wait, that's Ru Paul.

I really like Ron Paul, seems like the most honest Republican so far. We haven't seen much main stream coverage of him either though he did get some coverage over his Internet fundraising records. Lots of grass root support though.

I personally like Ron Paul, he is a experienced senator who is intelligent and has great perspective on hw the country should be run, I also love his foreign policy views esp when he says the US should not meddle in other countries affairs and worry about themselves first. I hope he wins.

Ron Paul encounter

OMG, so I was just coming in from the store and was accosted by a guy handing out Ron Paul flyers. Hey, I think Ron Paul is a nutcase, sorry. So I say to the guy, politely and friendly, "Thanks, but I'm not really interested." (mind you, I have another party's stickers on my truck, which might be a clue)

At which he stomps off, yelling over his shoulder, "Enjoy the fascist state, miss ignorance!"

I gotta say, this doesn't help the perception that Ron Paul is a nutcase.

To the 6:55 poster. I agree that the person you met wasn't a good reperentative for Ron Paul. But I hope that one incident doesn't completely shape your opinion of him. I'm also backing another candidate but I find Congressman Paul refreshingly honest.

I cant believe that Ron Paul was not invited to the FOX news debate last nite in NH. He is the only anti war candidate and I guess FOX didnt want him to speak the truth, I am disgusted with FAUX NEWS
