Need some motivation

Hi,

I'm a new member today, and really am excited to be a part of this team. I am having trouble dieting and just having the willpower to refuse good food. It's already the 4th of January and I have 50 lbs. to lose by May. (Well at least come close), but for some reason I am having trouble staying focused on my goal. I have already eaten way too much each day Even though I want it so bad, it seems like food has a bigger control over me. I overeat too much, and eat the wrong foods. I just had a really delicious Copeland Bistro, BBQ Shrimp plate loaded with butter and seasonings, on top of a bread and oh man, it was so good. I enjoyed it, but now feel guilty. Why can't I stay focused and refuse this type of eating?

I don't know. This is my first time writing something, and possibly I did not do it correctly... who knows... I guess the more I use this tool, the better I may get. Hopefully I can find some good support, and help to reach my summer goal of 50 lbs.
