Amazing ~100 calorie snack that totally just saved me

So, I'm starving and have about 150 calories left for the day. And I mean, I'm REALLY hungry for some reason.

.Drank water. Nope.
Look at those cold lifeless veggies in the fridge..nope

I wanted something warm that tested like food. What I came up with:

2 egg whites, scrambled with no cal Pam and 1 tbs salsa.
2 peices of "light" wheat bread.

So I scrambled the eggs and then put that between the 2 slices of bread. Then, on both sides of the bread, I sprinkled cumin, chili pepper, salt, and ground plack pepper. then sprayed each side with pam. Then I "grilled" the sandwich on the frying pan, like a grilled cheese.

Comes out to about 100-110 calories =D And totally didn't taste like it.

Add some roasted red pepper, thinly sliced zuchinni and mushrooms and that sounds like a breakfast of champions.

That does sounds good. I love egg whites :) I make a 4 egg white frittata with loads of vegetables - it looks like enough food for 3 people, but it rarely comes in over 200 calories.

Doesn't it feel great to end the day without going over your calorie limit? Yay you!
