Breakfast bar: South beach vs. Kashi

So most mornings I try to eat yogurt w/ oatmeal and flax seed, but on some days I just dont have any time. I like the south beach b/c it has protein but for the same calories I can get a more natural option of the kashi bar.
Which do you think is better- or do you have a suggestion for something more natural but just as fast?
i dont mind thinking ahead but my oven is broken...

I haven't had experience with Kashi breakfast bars, but I have eaten South beach cereal bars for snacks. They feel just a bit too small to me, so if you're going with this, try eating a piece of fruit along with it. And a lot of water to help you fill up! Not sure how this compares to your options in terms of natural ingredients, but I love Fiber One bars. They feel a little more substantial than South Beach bars, and have about the same numer of calories. Definitely fill me up. Good luck!

I eat a Kashi bar every morning for breakfast if I can't get a true breakfast. I also add a handful of walnuts or almons with it.

OP HERE

I was just reading the info on the back of the SB bar and it has fractionated palm oil which is really not very good for you. I ended up buying steel cut oats and making htem in a crock pot the night before and a c of skim milk- yummy and still fast w/ protein.

I bought a lara bar but havent tried it yet- once again no protein..
