Looking for weight loss resources in addition to PT

instead of googling "weight loss" and getting bombarded with fad diets, i want to know what resources the PT community uses in addition to achieve their weight loss goals. i.e. websites or plans.

I have been overweight almost my entire life. I am 34. Different people lose weight by using different things. Some people need low carb diets and some need low fat diets. There is a few that I have found succes with. Atkins if you can handle extreme diets. Weight Watchers if you need a more realistic approach and the 3 hour diet (jorge Cruz) is the one I had the most success with and felt satisfied with my eating choices.

Weight watchers and PT. It's the killer combination. Nothing else comes close or has made me look and feel this good.

When it comes to keeping track of calories, nothing beats pen and paper, but sites like PT, WW, fitday.com, calorieking.com complement it nicely.
