I've promised myself to go to the gym this weekend, both days, for at least 30 mins on the treadmill. This would be the first time in 10 weeks that I've gone.
Can't say that I'm enthused and I have reasons to be very unmotivated at the moment, but I hope writing it here will make me go!!!

I rode my bike to work today since there is less traffic on Sat which makes the road safer to ride on.

I went to the gym today and had a good workout. Nomrally morning workouts do not go well for me. I walked on the track for 30 minutes, did weights, abs, and stretched. It was a good day. I must go again tomorrow so I have 6 workouts for the week, it has been awhile since I have done 6 workouts in a week.

Running! I am starting training for a marathon TODAY, so I went running. It was freezing out, but, as it turns out, my running buddy and I are almost exactly the same pace! Maybe we can work on speed soon enough. Today was 5 miles in 49 minutes.
