Breakfast bar recipes, anyone have a good one to share?

I know there was a thread started about this months ago but there really wasn't much of a response so I thought I would post the question again.

I am looking for a recipe for a breakfast/protien bar that is full of dried fruits and nuts and oats and you know the stuff that is good for you. Not so much on the butter/oils or sugars.
I had a recipe years ago and lost it.
I want it to taste good and be good for you and no more than 200 cal a serving.

Anyone make their own and have a recipe to share?

I haven't tried making these, but the recipe here sounds pretty flexible with lots of ways to spice them up.
