My personal challenge for the next week is to journal for 15 minutes every time I want to start grazing or binge eating.

mejaka here--just worked out a good hard 30, possibly 45 minutes (depending on whose start time I go by--Brett and I remembered it differently). One day down, five to go! (No workouts for me on Sunday).

Got another last-thing workout in yesterday, so that's two days in a row! Did step and some bigger weight work.
