Where do I measure my waist? (for a body fat calculator)

Just got this great link in one of my groups to measure my body fat, but I don't know where to measure my waist, exactly. There's a definite variation depending on where I put the tape.

You can measure at two points, the smallest part of your waist or your "natural waist", where your pants sit. I do both.

Measure where the crease forms when you bend sideways - that's your true waist.
