Weight Training-- Can anyone recommend a light routine?
Someone discussed on another thread that if you just lose weight you'll be a smaller version of your same shape. And that to really get in shape you need to engage your muscles a bit. I've started to walk a lot more so I'm thinking that I will just focus on the upper body-- arms and shoulders.

I'd recommend the Body for Life program. You can pull out the exercises for the particular body parts you want. It stresses getting the maximum out of your workout while keeping it short.

No it around for awhile (started maybe mid-90s.) But I think they have been advertising more lately. I find following the entire program to be to strict for me....but I have had good luck tailoring it to a program that fits with my lifestyle.
