Question on the Fat Flush Plan

I'm interested in doing this but I'm a vegetarian. Does anyone who's done it or who is on it know if it's very vegetarian friendly?

Yes, there is info in her book for vegetarians

While the Fat Flush Plan is aimed towards non-vegitarians, Ann Louis does include information for vegetarians. I have not read that part, however I believe that she allows legumes which are not usually allowed. You should read the book for more info, though. (II just checked out a copy at the library so I wouldn't have to actually buy the book)

It's a nutritional guide that helps you detox and loose weight, here's the link:

The way I explain it...

...is that you remove almost everything from your diet except meat and vegetables for two weeks. Then you start adding your regular food in. If you start gaining weight back, then you know that your body does not work with that particular food item, and you should remove it from your diet.

It focuses on healthy choices and changing the way you eat in the long run.

The book

I am going to the library tomorrow to get a copy of the book...I will post on here what I find for vegetarians...although I still highly recommend that you read the book. It has changed the way I think about food...

(Yah, I know, that sounds really cheesy! LOL)

Ok, so the library told me that they had a copy on hold for me...but apparently it was a glitch. I am still waiting.

Fat Flush Plan Group

I started a FFP group if anyone is interested in joining. Group name is FFP, as I personally think that the name "Fat Flush" sounds like too much info. ;) Anyone is welcome, even if you are not currently on the FFP

Apparently good for diabetics, as well.

There is a new post on the website that the FFP helps diabetics. One FFPer didn't have to use her insulin any more. I think that is wonderful!
