I didn't name this group, it is not just for Taos, NM people. I really need a support group and some people to chat with. I am so alone and don't know how to do this alone. I have never had to fight my weight until this last year and i've lost everything. I REALLY need a few friends to chat with. I'm motivated to diet, workout, etc. and I want to share my story and hear yours! Please join me - mother of two who's alone and out of work...

It can be hard to get a group going and even harder to keep it active. If you don't find what you are looking for in starting a group (or even if you do and just want more input), be sure to check out some teams as well. Some of the highly active teams that would welcome you right in are:
Progress Not Perfection 2013,
The only team that matters, losing it all,
Marathon Mamas and Maniacs.
These are about the most active, although someone correct me if there are others (by active I mean multiple comments everyday).
Its easy to get support in these teams and they are very welcoming to new comers.

Well - I am new and searching for support as well. Set up some of my new log and account info when I signed up today. I am out of work as well and it makes a person not motivated even more so - at least for me.... I am up to sharing in an ACTIVE support group! send me the link for the group....
