You can lose weight over the holidays and still indulge

Stay on your plan, day in & day out. Even on Thanksgiving morning... then indulge for Thanksgiving dinner, and then go back on your plan the next morning. Same with Christmas. It's only one meal you are indulging in on that particular day.

As for parties, definitely rein it in and track your cheats! Don't go overboard, save your indulgences for the BigBadDaddy Holiday Dinners (Thanksgiving/Christmas)

YOU. CAN. DO. IT.

End this year on a high note. Feel good where you are (realization to choose the road to health/vitality) and know you are moving in the right direction. All your healthy choices will propel you strongly into the new year! RAWR!!
