The drawback to losing body fat

Does anyone have any tips for keeping your breasts a decent size while still losing fat in other parts of your body? Over the last couple of years I've gone from a D to a B! I've been thin before and still had a C cup, but now they just keep getting smaller as I get more fit. I don't want them sagging down to my waist before I turn 30......

Any suggestions?

breast

Hi, I hear you! My husband is about to have a stroke because I'm trying to lose a little weight. He says that is the first thing to go, my breast and my butt. The only suggestion I have for you is to eat as many natural and whole foods as you possibly can as they help keep your hormones stable which has a lot to do with where you lose weight. Also, find you some good flax seed oil (not pills) and take a couple of tablespoonfuls everyday. You can look up Barleens brand flax seed oil on the net and read all about it. You can buy it at different places for different prices. Just make sure you get the freshest possible and that it's in a dark bottle and kept in the fridge.

work your pecs!

Try adding some peck exercises to your workout - if you build up the muscle under the tissue, it'll make your boobs appear bigger (because the fat that is there is sitting on top of muscle), and it'll also make them perkier, so they won't sag to your waist!

Also, on a plus note, just think of all the cute little bathing suits and tank tops that you can wear as a B cup but not as a D cup! I'm relatively thin (still have 5-10lbs to go), but have a D cup, and just b/c of my boobs, little clothes either make me look fat or trashy, or both! If I could give you some of my boobs, I would in a second!!

flax oil

Don't really know, I was taking it for it's overall health benefits, (It's great for breast cancer defense and many other muliple benefits) The lady at the health food store said that there were alot of women that take it for breast enhancement. I'm not sure at all about the scientifics of it all, I assume since it's good for your hormones, it has something to do with that?????? Sorry I can't be more specific. You can get some good reading about the benefits at "Barleens" web site.

Flaxseed oil supports skin elasticity

so when losing weight, the girls don't end up swimming in a big skin suit... and stretch marks shrink back a little nicer. also a good thing for pregnant ladies

Question about the flaxseed oil

What kind of impact does the fat content have? I understand that health and fitness are about overall balance moreso than just fat grams, but one tablespoon is about a quarter of the RDA of fat, so it would seem that taking it every day would have a significant impact unless other fats are severely restricted, which I would fear would leave me hungry. Can anyone who has taken it comment on that?

fat content

The fats you should avoid are things like french fries, candy bars, etc. Our bodies actually need good fats from fish, cheese, nuts, etc. Eating healthy dietary fat causes virtually no secretion of insulin and insulin must be present to store fat in the fat cells. Real fat is necessary to make hormones and hormones are essential for breaking down old cells and making new ones. I gathered some of this information from Suzanne Somers books "Eat Great, Lose Weight" and "Get Skinny on Fabulous Food". There is some VERY informative information on how our bodies process different kinds of foods. I checked these out at my library. Great reading info...

Flaxseed oil Questions

Hi,

I would like to know for the people who are using the Flaxseed oil based. What change's have you experienced? Have you gained weight or loss since you've been taking this product? Have you seen a change in breast size? How long have you been taking it? I wanted to ask those of you who are taking Flaxseed in response to those who are not. This will kind of help me to understand the effects of it and the drawbacks so I can better choose weight gain for breast or weight loss and smaller breast. Jayjenny2002

Pec workouts!

Just wanted to add to the pecs tip. Last summer I lost 17 pounds but I went from a size C to a size D because I did a lot of pec workouts. Of course my fiance loved it!

Pec exercises

I do the traditional weight bench chest press, flys, the machine where your sitting up but it basically looks like flys (I never remember the names of the machines), incline chest press and pushups. Pretty much anything you can do where you push something (ie weights, your body etc.) will work your chest.
