Did I eat too much today?

1492 calories.
Is that too much for weight loss? I didn't get a chance to work out...

The right amount for you depends on a lot of factors - gender, age, current weight, activity level, height, build, etc.

Try the calculator link below to get an idea of what would be right for you. And remember, it probably matters more what your average per week is (so long as you don't go too low - @1200 Kc/day) than what your daily number is.

I want to weigh about 120, with 10 to go, and that's the upper limit of my calorie range if I want to lose 1lb per week.

Use a calculator to figure it out. I use the one below.

Don't use the: if you want to weigh 120 eat 1200 calories....use a more scientific method because there are many factors (which were listed in a post above)
