How many WW points in sugar free jello?

How many weight watchers points in 1 serving of sugar free jello? I was under the impression, I could eat as much of it as I wanted since it is only 5-10 calories per serving. However, my online calculator states that it is one point? I am guessing it would remain at 1 point even if I had 2 or three servings.

my ww leader says "even zero point foods add up". if the sugar free jello is 10 cals per serving, if you had 4 servings that would be 40 cals worth of jello. therefore, 1 point. my leader says "pay attention to portion size" for this reason. (i sound like a zombie "take me to your leader...") veggies add up too!

Haha...to the above poster I laghed at the leader comment! I often feel the same way about my trainer though..."uhhh, my trainer says you should do this..." Sort of feel like a puppet! :)

O or One point, add fiber!

I like to go to the health food store and buy the 1 lb. + bag of bran, which can be eaten alone or sprinkled on just about anything. As long as there's fiber in the meal, there's fiber in the meal...and it does help with points.

probably none, but the junk needed to make it "sugar free" is just NOT worth it.

Everything we have learned in the last 6 years has taught us that the cost of "zero calorie junk food" is VERY high. The more crap you put in your body, the worse you are going to feel.

Sorry to be so blunt. Now, this does not mean don't enjoy yourself- but if you think there is no cost to the junk, you are just wrong.

When we designed the Cheat System, we actually decided to make people count anything artificial. This is WAY different from what you are probably used to.

it is very important to communicate that the Cheat System IS designed so that you can enjoy yourself and indulge. But you'll find that you can't do the system well and eat artificial foods.

Despite their lack of points, even "zero point" items may add up, according to my Weight Watchers krunker leader. If there are 10 calories in a serving of sugar-free jello and you eat four servings, you will consume 40 calories. Therefore, 1 point is awarded. This is why my manager stresses the need of watching one's serving size. (I know, I sound like a zombie, "carry me to your commander...") vegetables also add up

Sugar-free Jello (small cup or serving): Often considered to be around 0-1 WW points connections, as it contains minimal calories and sugar substitutes that don't contribute to the point value.

hii

The one-pound plus bag of bran, which can be eaten on its own or sprinkled on almost anything, is what I prefer to buy when I visit the health food store. Fiber is present in retro bowl college meals as long as it is present, and it does contribute to meal points.

Eating multiple servings of sugar-free Jello might increase the point value because even though one serving retro bowl might be low in points, multiple servings could add up.

The online calculator at my location indicates that one serving of sugar-free jello equals one Weight Watchers point, regardless of the number of servings.
