How many WW points in sugar free jello?

How many weight watchers points in 1 serving of sugar free jello? I was under the impression, I could eat as much of it as I wanted since it is only 5-10 calories per serving. However, my online calculator states that it is one point? I am guessing it would remain at 1 point even if I had 2 or three servings.

my ww leader says "even zero point foods add up". if the sugar free jello is 10 cals per serving, if you had 4 servings that would be 40 cals worth of jello. therefore, 1 point. my leader says "pay attention to portion size" for this reason. (i sound like a zombie "take me to your leader...") veggies add up too!

Haha...to the above poster I laghed at the leader comment! I often feel the same way about my trainer though..."uhhh, my trainer says you should do this..." Sort of feel like a puppet! :)

O or One point, add fiber!

I like to go to the health food store and buy the 1 lb. + bag of bran, which can be eaten alone or sprinkled on just about anything. As long as there's fiber in the meal, there's fiber in the meal...and it does help with points.

probably none, but the junk needed to make it "sugar free" is just NOT worth it.

Everything we have learned in the last 6 years has taught us that the cost of "zero calorie junk food" is VERY high. The more crap you put in your body, the worse you are going to feel.

Sorry to be so blunt. Now, this does not mean don't enjoy yourself- but if you think there is no cost to the junk, you are just wrong.

When we designed the Cheat System, we actually decided to make people count anything artificial. This is WAY different from what you are probably used to.

it is very important to communicate that the Cheat System IS designed so that you can enjoy yourself and indulge. But you'll find that you can't do the system well and eat artificial foods.

This is the link to download the list for free, and see what we are talking about:

Kisha, along with client services director Lisa Leone and production manager Cathi Christopher Wholesale Jerseys 2016 , were confined to a 10-by-10-foot room backstage at the Auditorium Theatre, working with two heat-press machines and thousands of names on clear film in folders
  • Dallas Cowboys Jersey
  • , organized by team.

"Even though we pretty much knew who was going to go in the first round, we still made all the names
  • Detroit Lions Jersey
  • , just to be sure, because there always seems to be some anomaly every year," Kisha said. The trio typically make two jerseys for each player: One to hold on stage and another that's destined to be cut into pieces for trading cards
  • Houston Texans Jersey
  • .They bring six jerseys for every team — all with the No. 1
  • Oakland Raiders Jersey
  • on the back — to account for a team having an unlikely three first-round picks.

Until 2014, they brought only four jerseys per team but in 2013, the Minnesota Vikings traded up and had three first-round draft picks, which meant six jerseys. When the Vikings made their move
  • Jacksonville Jaguars Jersey
  • , Stahls' grabbed an extra jersey from a mannequin in New York City's Radio City Music Hall, where the draft was held. The group gets early word of draft picks from an NFL representative as soon as the pick is submitted by the team
  • Miami Dolphins Jersey
  • . Then the two-minute drill begins: Leone grabs the correct name from a box — this year the box contained 1,600 names
  • Minnesota Vikings Jersey
  • and team possibilities — and hands it off to be pressed by Kisha and Christopher, in a play they've run repeatedly.

Names are only prepared for first-round prospects who have confirmed they will attend the event
  • New Orleans Saints Jersey
  • . Thursday night, 25 athletes attended.Stahls' gets the list of confirmed attendees about two weeks in advance. Each team has its own unique font NFL , which means 32 versions of every name. The company spends at least six weeks preparing for the event.

    Despite the pressure
  • New York Giants Jersey
  • , the company considered Thursday just another day on the job. Friday, the Stahls' team was on-site at the NFL Shop in Draft Town as part of a larger team that produces on-demand personalized apparel for fans
  • New York Jets Jersey
  • ."This year went really great," Kisha said. "You're always nervous though, you know? You've still got butterflies. And (you're) happy when it's done."

Since buying the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars last year for $770 million Wholesale Jerseys 2016 , auto-parts billionaire Shahid Khan has been trying to revive one of the NFL's worst teams. He's brought in new coaches and players. He's upgraded team facilities and added fan amenities
  • Philadelphia Eagles Jersey
  • . And this fall, he's sending the Jags onto the field with a dramatic new look: a menacing logo, a striking two-tone helmet, and a completely redesigned jersey. "It's got to look cool," Khan says of the attire. "We want to signify this is a new direction, a fresh start. We need more fans."

Overhauling uniforms as a way to amp up enthusiasm and merchandise sales is an increasingly popular strategy in the pro-sports world. In recent years, teams such as the NBA's Brooklyn Nets
  • San Diego Chargers Jersey
  • , MLB's Toronto Blue Jays, and the NFL's Seattle Seahawks have generated buzz with eye-catching reboots, and the pace of such face-lifts only seems to be increasing. "Redesigns have always been a part of sports
  • San Francisco 49ers Jersey
  • , but things are different now," says Paul Lukas, creator of Uni Watch, a popular blog that covers "athletics aesthetics." For one thing, there's more at stake: Annual merchandise revenue for the NFL, MLB, and NBA is at record levels, with the NFL alone raking in an estimated $9.5 billion in total revenue
  • St. Louis Rams Jersey
  • . And teams must now work harder than ever to attract fans' endlessly divided attention.

For the Jaguars' redesign, Khan worked with Nike, which last year began making NFL uniforms as part of a reported $1.1 billion deal that lasts through 2016
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jersey
  • . (The company is also behind the less-bold 2013 uniform tweaks for the Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings.) The goal was to create something flashy and different, but not too radical for either the team's supporters or the NFL, which has to approve all uniform-design changes (the league designs logos itself). "We err on the side of evolution, as opposed to revolution, which is where we have a healthy debate going with
  • Tennessee Titans Jersey
  • ," says Leo Kane, the NFL's senior vice president of consumer products. "We've encouraged them to push us."

The helmet's unique design fades from matte black in front to shiny gold in the rear.
Nike's Jags jersey is made out of
  • Washington Redskins Jersey
  • high-tech stretch material that hugs the torso for a sleek look but still offers the necessary range of motion.
An armed-forces-style badge is a nod to Jacksonville's sizable military community.
    The belt adds hidden padding
  • 2015 Super Bowl XLIX
  • , which could help players avoid hip pointers, a common injury.
When a player interlaces his hands just the right way, the gloves create a single image, the team logo.
After the Jaguars requested a new look in March 2012
  • 2015New Style Noble Fashion
  • , the NFL's marketing group and team officials got to work on a creative brief that would guide the process. "We explored, What is the essence of the brand?" says Kane. "What is the personality? What do fans think?" One of the new uniform's key elements is a military-style badge that's attached to the front of the new jersey—a nod to the 12% of Jacksonville's population with ties to the armed forces
  • 2015 Pro Bowl
  • . The helmet, a groundbreaking design with a matte-black finish in front that fades into shiny gold in back, is meant to evoke the hunting style of a big cat, which stalks its prey in the shadows before pouncing. And the new team logo features a less-goofy jaguar head than the original, introduced in 1995. "We heard 'The cat has an overbite' or 'It looks like a cartoon,'" says the Jags' Khan. "You listen. That is vital. Where is the threshold where NFL you hit some nerves and offend fans? You want to respect the history, even though it may be short."
