If people have questions they will be answered by the community. This is a place where people help people, and not be censored or shouted down.

A 3oz portion of boneless, skinless chicken breast is about the size of a deck of cards, for reference. So the chicken breast that you pull out of a package from a grocery store may be 2-3 times that big, so 6 to 9 points. A whole double-breast is probably over 13 points.

I always weigh my portions to make sure how many oz they are..It's a good idea to weigh and measure in the beginning..Also if you find your not getting the results you think you should be getting, after being on the program a while..then you should also start to weigh and measure things again..portions tend to start getting bigger..

Thank you, 7:15 pm poster!

I agree about this being a place for questions to be asked and answered. For those who don't want to read WW points questions, don't open the discussion links that relate to those questions - most of them are indicated in the topic line.

ww questions

people can ask any question they want, that's why its an online forum. Doesn't mean you need to read and/or comment on the question because you think its dumb. Some people think its dumb to spend money on a diet program when you can use your resources and do the same diet.

PP - I think this was cleared up 4 years ago. This thread is pretty ancient.

And imagine what it took to find it and bump it up from so long ago. Sad.

Figuring out Points in a Mom and Pop Restaurant

A lot of "Mom and Pop" restaurants do not have a nutrition list so I find my self giving the points to what I think. I know this stinks, but does anyone have a different way to find out the real answer to how many points?

PP - I usually look for a similar chain restaurant that has a nutritional guide, and use that for mom and pop restaurants. The points may not match up exactly, but it's probably better than guessing.

Has it really been three years since the
  • Wholesale Jerseys last World Baseball Classic? As we approach the second-ever World Baseball Classic odds, it is never too soon to start examining the power players. Keep in mind that after this WBC
  • NFL Shop , they will only come once every four nfl nike jerseys Here's the four major players in the upcoming 2009 WBC:

United States +150 In baseball, cheap stitched nfl jerseys being an unknown team helps you because you become harder to scout and harder to prepare for
  • Arizona Cardinals
  • . Take a chance with the Cubans again. They take this tournament very seriously. As far as World Baseball Classics lines go, stitched nfl jerseyslook for the U.S. team to be a real underdog heading into the 2009 tournament
  • Atlanta Falcons
  • ?they might be worth a bet to win it all if the price is right.

The Yankees underachieved in the 2006 World Baseball Classic and you can be assured that they will make some concerted effort to right the ship
  • Baltimore Ravens
  • . They boasted a fairly talented roster but neglected starting pitching, which was eventually the difference.

    Japan +800

This is a pretty penny for a team that won the entire tournament in 2006. They are worth a flier here because keep in mind
  • Buffalo Bills
  • , for the most part, cheap nfl jerseysthe Japanese team is an unknown commodity. A lot of people are making assumptions and although the public perceives they are more flukey, cheap nfl jerseys than good, stitched nfl jerseysthe reality is that this is a stellar team. We're starting to get a taste with Ichiro
  • Carolina Panthers
  • , Daisuke Matsuzaka and Akinori Otsuka, but they are more than capable of winning it all again. Definitely a team to consider when you bet on the World Baseball Classic.

    Cuba +1000

Speaking of great unknowns, it doesn't get much more mysterious than the Cuban team
  • CFL Jersey
  • . This team lost in the finals to Japan in 2006,cheap stitched nfl jerseys disappointing sportsbook diehards everywhere. The Cubans have a squad full of potential MLB All-Stars.stitched nfl jerseys cheap Last time around, the team was worried that a number of them might defect
  • Cleveland Browns
  • ,stitched nfl jerseys even though that that never turned out to be the case.

    Dominican Republic +175

Go ahead, argue with a team that has Albert Pujols
  • Chicago Bears
  • , Alfonso Soriano, Jose Reyes and David Ortiz.stitched nfl jerseys cheap The sportsbooks certainly won't be debating it
  • Cincinnati Bengals
  • .cheap stitched nfl jerseys Interestingly enough, stitched nfl jerseys cheapthis team doesn't have as much starting pitching as you might think and if the US team brings some good starters, they should be able to beat this team. Bartolo Colon and Francisco Liriano led this starting rotation in 2006. They have some work to do but they can clearly outhit anyone.
