weight watchers rant.. I am ALWAYS hungry
Isn't there a diet where I am not hungry and starving myself all the time? And where I can still lose weight?

maybe give yourself a few more points per day? that's what i did - i was always hungry when i was at 20 pts/day. i don't go to official meetings anymore, but am keeping bet. 25 - 36 pts a day and seem to be doing OK.

South Beach Diet
I've heard that this is great meal plan to follow, as one is never hungry, and the weight comes off. However, it doesn't offer the group support that Weight Watchers does.
However, if you're doing W.W. on-line (not groups), maybe South Beach's program would be conducive to your lifestyle.

There are several diets where the emphasis is controlling the type of food you eat rather than the size of portions. They generally emphasize foods with high nutrient density per calorie, low fat, high fiber, high unrefined carbohydrates and high produce intake. If followed correctly, they have very high satiety value, and you often eat a mountain of food for low calories. Examples are Eat to Live, McDougall, Ornish, Pritkin, and Neal Barnard's diets.

Here are some links to look at descriptions of the various diets I mentioned:
Eat to Live (Dr. Fuhrman): http://www.fatfreevegan.com/etl.shtml
Neal Barnard: http://www.nutritionmd.org/makeover/basics/four_foods.html
Some others I should have mentioned:
Personally, I follow Eat to Live and feel nicely stuffed at between 1200 and 1400 calories per day (and when I calculate nutrients for the day they are great), but any of these diets are based on good nutritional principles and should leave you plenty full. Often when someone doesn't feel full on these plans, it turns out that they are not eating enough!

I know when I started WW, I was hungry alot, but after 2 weeks or so, my body got use to eat, and now I feel pretty satiated. I don't know how long you've been on it. I'm a believer of WW. I've lost 22 lbs and am more than half way to my goal. The meetings are also really good support

Eat To Live
I would recommend Eat To Live as well. The approach is designed to solve exactly the problem you describe. It has worked too well, I have started to lose so much wieght that I am now adding more fat to my diet.

if you are doing ww, and you are still hungry check with your leader about your points. you may need more. i use 21 points a day and use my flex points, i try to distribute them evenly over the week so that i have 5 extra each day, giving me 26 points each day if i need. also, watch how you use your points. make sure you are using them wisely. an example: cup of yogurt has 3pts, a c of oatmeal has 3 pts, add a c of strawberries 0pts(total points 3) and you should be filled. it adds up to the same points used, but you have more food to fill you. hope this helps

You could also switch from flex to core. I'm on core and LOVE it. I'm never hungry and have gotten rid of all processed foods and most sugar (unfortunately I still eat about a tablespoon a day). I really recommend it. :)

I agree you could try switching from flex to core or you can reaccess and try eating lower point, more filling foods. Also don't forget you have an extra 35 points a week so really you can have 5 a day and not to mention your activity points you earn from working out. I find that I am never hungry and I get 24 points a day, I never use my 35 weekly points but I do use my activity points sometimes.

I will echo the suggestion of the other women about trying the WW Core program. I am honestly never hungry. The program allows you to eat until you are satisfied within the constaints of the program. The program consists of fruits, vegetable, whole grains. Even after you eat all that you have 35 weekly pts!
I love it!
