Goal
I got married in December 2008 and lost just over 30lbs to fit into the dress and look great on my day. I'm very proud of myself... but in the three months after the wedding I put some of it back on! I've started losing again which is good. My overall target is to get down to around 130lbs.

Slow progress but progress nonetheless!
Dec 2007 - 84kgs - 185lbs - BMI 32.8
Mar 2009 - 75kgs - 165lbs - BMI 29.3

Oct 26th - 69.6kgs - 153lbs


my notes
Uuugh... had one of the busyiest days in a while... I was run off my feet! Actually, I was so tired I fell asleep on the bus on the way home and missed my bus stop by 20 minutes and then had to bloody backtrack.. so annoying!

Cals eaten: 1804


workout
Running around all day count? No? Damn, didn't think so..

cheerios with low fat milk


lunch
bowl of veggie soup


snacks
another bowl of veggie soup between classes


dinner
packet of ramen with an egg mixed in (try it, lovely!)
one and a half rolls of kimbab!!! not good, but I got home sooooo late that I was starving by the time i got home!
