Goal
To be as physically fit as I have ever been in my life.... and then some!



my notes
So I bought a Nutri Bullet last night and I must say I am very impressed. Liquifies nuts and even flax seeds. I've made two very tasty smoothies so far and my goal is 2 a day.


workout
Jump Rope - 10 mins
Bike to riverbed - 7.5 miles


breakfast
Green Tea

Smoothie-
Organic Swiss Chard
Pear
Blackberries
Walnuts
1/2 banana


lunch
Healthy Chicken soup


snacks
Green Tea


dinner
Green Smoothie-
Organic Swiss Chard
1/2 lemon
1 apple
1/2 cup flax seeds
protein powder
1 kiwi

Tip of the day-

Peaches, Kale and Celery contain the most pesticides of any fruit/vegetable and are highly recommended to be purchased organic.
