To be as physically fit as I have ever been in my life.... and then some!
Remembering the days of fire from this site. Spent so much time investing in nutritional content. Thinking back to what my life was like as an avid member on this site. It's like when you hear an old favorite song. It was so easy to be fit when my mind was in it.
Kind of sad the site didn't stay dated with the times. Met some great people on here. Miss some dearly. Thinking what I've learned in the past 4 years since then...
Its all about nutrient dense foods. Bang for the buck. The nutribullet has been my best friend. The following are the meals that got it done. Stop counting calories or fat or carbs. Just make sure everything is complex.
Always been, always will be... upper body and abs one day, legs and shoulders the next day and then rest the following day. 5 sets rotating 2 different exercises as fast as you can with the least rest within 5 sets x 2. last set > 10 reps. At least 10 routines total not counting abs.
