Goal
Ultimately, to lose 20 pounds. Immediately, to stop focusing on the NUMBER and to make ONE healthy food choice at a time....and to MOVE MORE!!


my notes
try to save bonus points for weekend; I have a daily allowance of 17


workout
20 minutes stair machine; about 40-50 crunches on ab lounger, used ab circle.....a few sets w/ light dumbbells for arms---need to spend more time on strength training;it's getting darker earlier, so I can't take my hour walk..HATE stair machine-will do it longer once my husband gets the tv in the basement


breakfast
International Foods caramel vanilla latte (1 PT)
Smoothie: 1/2 C 1%, banana, 4 oz. FiberOne yogurt, 2 TBS spinach leaves, splenda (3 PTS)


lunch
Zone bar (4 PTS)


snacks
WW cookie (1 PT)
rice cakes (2)

WW yogurt (1)
Fat free chips (1)


dinner
Boca burger (1)
Thomas mulit-grain english muffin w/spray butter (1)
1/2 C garbanzo beans (1)
1/4C green beans (0)
baby corn, olives,4 slices beets, water chestnuts (0) cookie (1)
