20 minutes stair machine; about 40-50 crunches on ab lounger, used ab circle.....a few sets w/ light dumbbells for arms---need to spend more time on strength training;it's getting darker earlier, so I can't take my hour walk..HATE stair machine-will do it longer once my husband gets the tv in the basement
