Goal
To be fit and healthy by eating right, exercising regularly, and resisting (most of) the yummy temptations that come my way. At this point, that means i need to lose about 5 pounds, but i refuse to do that by being on a 'diet' - i don't want a temporary fix, but new habits that stick with me.


my notes
DH has a job interview today! This is abut his 4th with this company, and it's with a whole panel of the bigwigs - please send him good thoughts! (things went well, but he won't know anything for a while)

workout
30 min elliptical


breakfast
coffee w/ splenda and ff milk
string cheese
triscuit thin crisps


lunch
carrots
2 turkey dogs
nectarine
peanut butter and cheese crackers


snacks
2 oz turkey breast lunchmeat
1 string cheese


dinner
turkey tacos w/ salsa and ff greek yogurt
mango
