Goal
To be fit and healthy by eating right, exercising regularly, and resisting (most of) the yummy temptations that come my way. At this point, that means i need to lose about 15 pounds, but I refuse to do that by being on a 'diet' - I don't want a temporary fix, but new habits that stick with me.

breakfast
coffee w/ real cream and stevia - yum!


lunch
(Fall Picnic for our foster care agency)
1 bunless burger
1 lettuce-wrapped hot dog
my awesome bean salad
a couple cookies
1/2 a rice krispie treat


snacks
pumpkin pie sip
veggies
1 small piece of cake (made w/ stevia)


dinner
spaghetti squash noodles with chicken

pumpkin pie sip again - I am loving this drink!
