Goal
EAT FOOD - MOSTLY PLANTS - NOT TOO MUCH

1. Eat at meals until I am 3/4 full
2. Eat mostly plants (including reasonable amounts of whole grains, red wine, & dark chocolate!)
3. Only eat half of any meal that is "dinner" (go to bed empty)
4. Fully enjoy three bites of anything that is a treat
5. Lift weights

yesterday, although no chocolate, someone came into the office w cupcakes. had 2
home today, strong cravings, trying to deal

breakfast
cut oats, walnuts & s raisins, giant strawberry, green tea


lunch
pretty hungry by 11:30
canned chickpea curry over chopped apple & red cabbage
1 slice french bread
found some small choc wafers, had about 4


snacks
am: half banana, 1/2c. puffed kashi, 5 raw almonds, coffee
pm: 2 sm date squares from natural mkt


dinner
cheese tortellini in chicken broth w spinach
side of coleslaw
4 slices fresh French bread - w butter
cut up fresh fruit
