Goal
3 days before Thanksgiving - seemed like a good day to recommit





EAT FOOD - MOSTLY PLANTS - NOT TOO MUCH

1. Eat at meals until I am 3/4 full
2. Eat mostly plants (including reasonable amounts of whole grains, red wine, & dark chocolate!)
3. Only eat half of any meal that is "dinner" (go to bed empty)
4. Fully enjoy three bites of anything that is a treat
5. Lift weights


Abbreviations: WW-whole wheat HM-homemade LO-left over dd-dear daughter (dh-dear husband, and so on)

11am. made breakfast for the kids & me
1 egg, 1 bacon, veggies in bacon fat
1/2 pita pocket, and I stuffed a little greens im too,
a bit later had a apple and
few pecan halves
lots of coffee


snacks
made popcorn, & diet coke
4:30 pm small bowl of veg soup, dinner will be LATE


dinner
Vietnam restaurant. the usual suspects
meat balls, grilled meats, spring rolls,
stir fry beef entree w rice
coffee w sweetened milk to end
no alcohol, at least :-)
