Since we only meet one day a week, you can use this log to not only keep a food journal, but to keep track of your workouts when we don't meet. My hope is that I can help you create a workout plan for you and fellow classmates that you can either follow on your own, or find a partner or group to workout with.
Even though you have friday mornings to complete your log for the week, my hope is that you will log in often so you can share your experience for the day and help motivate your fellow students.
