6:30 am - Jackie Warner Lower & Upper Body Circuits. 30 minutes.


breakfast
7:00 am - Greens+.

9:30 am - Nutiva hemp protein shake with So Delicious coconut milk, Benefibre, maca powder, frozen mixed berries and a kiwi with 20 oz of water.


lunch
2:00 pm - Subway ham salad with veggies, shredded cheese, and Italian dressing with 20 oz of water. 220 calories and 7.5 grams of fat.


snacks
4:30 pm - Larabar and a cup of green tea. 200 calories and 10 grams of fat.
