*Bulletproof coffee ... this is part of an experiment for me. It is 1TBS each of coconut oil and butter blended w coffee. I've been reading about coconut oil and I have some issues it is supposed to help so this recipe seems like a good way to get a TBS of it daily ...

Smoothie: banana, froz antioxidant blend fruits, several handfuls of greens, soaked cashews, hemp seeds, coconut milk and coconut water.
(I had made a big beautiful salad put some flavored vinegar on it, then realized it wasn't a vinegar like I thought... it was a marinade that had anchovies etc in it ( bottle said vinegar n garlic... till I looked closer at ingredients) anyway, I realized this was not only older but unrefridgerated and previously opened... I chickened out after a couple bites afraid it could be bad. Didn't have the heart to make another one for lunch.)
