Goal
i have several. lose weight. exercise more. be in a single digit size. to not get out of breath a bit after going up/down stairs.

2 slices swiss cheese- 12 grams fat
pickles, tomatoes and mustard on the subs-0 grams fat
20 ounce coke


snacks
1 beef jerky- 1 gram fat
1 fruit cup- 0 grams fat
oreo cookies (2)- 4 fat grams
baked bbq potato chips- 4 grams fat
