AFTER A ROUGH NITE OF SLEEPING I Ordered A new Dell Printer, picked up car-service light was on. Their were 2 small leaks-they did the smoke test and fixed leaks at gas cap and purge valve (under warranty).
Went to Sam's Club and filled gas ($3.92/gal)-got 2 cases of water, cod, shrimp, and fajita bites. Also, gum.
Today is Phase 2 and I'm 16 pounds from my goal-ALMOST 1/2 WAY THERE! I Will make more wise eating decisions and eat more salads. Phase 3 will be a weekly menu focusing on FRESH fruits and veggies. Started reading Joel Rosenbergs book, "IMPLOSION'. Watch myself and avoid self-sabatoge! Stick to the plan and be the man.

Took a rest day after 14 days in a row of biking 1/2 hour daily. I will increase that to 45 minutes daily and add walking 1-2 miles nightly.

Went out with my buddy again and have been using this as an excuse to get off my program. Must limit the beerdrinking because after those empty calories I came home and ate like a pig. Started off with 2 little drumsticks(ice cream), a cheesestick, 2 Quaker Oatmeal bars, and 14 Fajita bites with salsa. TOO MANY CALORIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SELF SABATOGE AGAIN CAUSED BY DRINKING TOO MANY BEERS> MUST STAY WITHIN ACCEPTABLE LIMITS AS I MAKE TERRIBLE CHOICES AND LOSE MOMENTUM THE FOLLOWING DAY!!!!!!!!!!WAKE UP!
