I'm happy to say that I had another productive day of healthy eating. I am even happier because today was a rest day as far as my fitness regimen. Historically, rest days are the hardest for me to stick to healthy eating. I assume this difficulty is because I am able to shame myself into healthy eating on workout days with the "do you really want that workout to have been for nothing" mentality.
As an added boost to my motivation, I looked at progress photos of myself from October to January. You really don't notice just how much you have improved when you look at yourself daily. I was very happy seeing the fruits of my hard Fall and Winter labor.
