Get motivated: Exercise and no sugar will make me stronger. At least do it for that reason.
- Exercise (via running or gym) most days of the week.
- Pile the vegetables.
- Limited sugar and flour intake.
- Sleep for at least 7 hours per night.
Treat your body with respect to be healthy and happy.
I'm doing pretty okay. I just need to keep it up!

20 min/1.3 mile walk to mother's house
10am: 5 or 6 unsweetened dried plums
2 cups black coffee
11:30am: 1 small banana + 1 spoon natural peanut butter
3pm: baked fish + tomato + onion + white rice
small piece sagmani (taro/sugar/coconut milk)
1pm: 5 unsweetened dried plums + dandelion tea
5pm: 1 hopia
7pm: 1 slice spam + 2 spoons white rice
10 small pieces dried mango
8:45pm: some dried green mango + dandelion tea
